30th Annual Boxford July 4th Road Race
Sunday, July 4, 2021

Join us on Sunday July 4th at 8:00am for the 30th Annual Boxford July 4th Road Race.  Set in the historic East Boxford Village, this wonderful family event includes something for everyone! The 2.5 and 5 mile competitive event, and the Boxford mile. All runners and walkers are encouraged to join in the fun!

For participants who are interested in participating this year but want to do so virtually, you will have that option!  Choose your distance and run your own race anytime between June 28-July 4th.  You will have the opportunity to upload your time to record your race.  So don't let worries about social distancing or being out of town stop you from joining in the fun!

To encourage social distancing, there will be no awards ceremony after the race, but overall fastest male and female 5-mile and 2.5-mile and everyone 16 and under (who has registered by June 30th) will receive a gift certificate for Benson's Ice-Cream.  Race times will be available by age group following the run.

The 5 Mile / 2.5 Mile Runs start at 8:15 a.m. The Boxford Mile Race starts at approximately 8:00am.

Shirts for the first 250 who register online are guaranteed.  Registration fees are: $35.00 (plus processing fees) for adults (over 16), $30.00 (plus processing fees) for 16 and under.  Race day registration fees will be $35.00.

Proceeds are directed to the Jennifer Tinney Scholarship Fund at Masconomet High School. The race is usually followed by a parade and fun activities for the family.  Please visit www.baasports.com  for further information, or email baa.roadrace@gmail.com
