Over 30 cash awards totalling over $2500 will be given out.

The 19th Annual Jerry's Run For All Ages 5k is a flat, fast, and scenic run from the old Comverse Building around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, MA.  We will offer an in-person event plus a virtual event.

NOTE:  If due to safety issues or by Wakefield of Massachusetts restrictions we cannot do an in-person race, the race will be come a virtual race.

Race day is Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 10:00 am. The Sunshine Start begins at 9:40 am.  This race is hosted by the New England 65 plus Runners Club and is sure to please! The race benefits the Wakefield Educational Foundation & the Friends of Lake Quannapowitt.

Virtual Race Date:  Sunday, November 1 through Saturday, November 6 with results submitted prior to 11:59pm on November 6, 2021

Virtual Results will be kept separate from the results of the in-person event.

Awards:

1. Age Group Awards: Male & Female 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd: 9 & Under; 5-year age groups 10 to 19, and 60 to 100; 10-year age groups 20 to 59. Total Age Groups 15 X 2 = 30 Total possible awards 30 X 3 = 90)

2. Overall Male & Female (Cash Award): 1^st $100, 2^nd $75, 3^rd $50.

3. Race Walk/Power Walk Competition Male & Female (Cash Award): 1^st $100, 2^nd $75, 3^rd $50.

4. Age Graded Award for 40 plus participants (Cash Award): Top 10 male and female: 1^st $200, 2^nd $175, 3^rd $150, 4^th $125, 5^th $100, 6^th $75, 7^th $50, 8^th $25, 9^th $25, 10^th $25.

5. Awards for Youngest Male & Female and Oldest Male & Female Participants (Podium recognition and a medal).

Tech t-shirts to the early bird registered participants. (No shirt option– Thanks but I do not need another race shirt! Please use the cost of the shirt as a donation to support the race charities – Wakefield Educational Foundation & the Friends of Lake Quannapowitt!)

Registration fees for 2021 for both In-Person and Virtual:

1. Online for Age 16 to 64: $25 before 9/1, $30 on or after 9/1

2. Snail mail for 16 to 64: $28 before 9/1 and $33 on or after 9/1

3. Day of $35 (cash or check only)

4. Age considerations: Age 15 & under and 65 to 79 $20 before 9/1 and $25 on or after 9/1, 80+ (FREE)

Jerry’s Run For All Ages 5K does not give refunds or allow transfers of registration to a future year or another participant.
